Release Overview

Version 4.8.1 is a maintenance release that resolves issues identified in 4.8.0. It restores advanced injection attack detection reliability on desktop Chrome and on iOS, and corrects how partial DMV Lookup results are processed in Proof. No configuration or integration changes are required.

Resolved Issues

  • Advanced injection attack detection on desktop Chrome - Resolved an issue where advanced injection attack detection could fail at the camera step on desktop Chrome, resulting in a "Something went wrong" screen. Capture now proceeds normally.
  • Advanced injection attack detection during Privacy Key Enrollment on iOS - Resolved an issue on iOS where the first enrollment attempt using advanced injection attack detection during Privacy Key Enrollment could be incorrectly rejected before completing on a subsequent attempt. The first attempt now completes as expected.
  • DMV Lookup partial results in Proof - Resolved an issue where partial DMV Lookup results were not processed correctly, ensuring DMV Match and Barcode Detective outcomes are reported reliably.
