Requirements Overview
Below is a list of assumptions that are made when using this guide:
- You have set up a domain controller and joined it to a domain that you own
- You have set up a Windows Server instance that has the ADFS role installed and configured
- You have set up a federation server farm and federated the domain successfully
- You have set up a WAP with firewall rules to allow TLS traffic to and from https://id.authid.ai
- You have created one or more Relying Party Trusts
- You have synced users to Azure AD from your on-premise AD instance

Architecture Requirements
authID's ADFS plugin works with any standard network topology (including proxies). For multiple server farms, you will need to follow this guide to install the plugin to each instance of ADFS. You can duplicate any plugin inputs for each instance and it will function normally.
