Customizing Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy Links

Customers can provide their own Terms and Conditions (EULA) and Privacy Policy links to be displayed in the BioWeb Capture Application. These links will appear as clickable hyperlinks labeled "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" for end users.

Key Features

  • Custom Links: Customers can input secure (HTTPS) URLs for their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. These links will be displayed dynamically in the BioWeb Capture Application.
  • Default Links: If custom links are not provided, the system will display default links to authID's hosted Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
  • Multi-Language Support: If customers provide Terms and Conditions in multiple languages, the system will dynamically adjust the link based on the language selected in BioWeb. Default authID EULA is supplied in English-only.
    • Note: Custom links only support multi-language if the EULA hosting site can process the URL parameter ?lang={code}.
