Delete Biometric Credentials

To delete biometric credentials in the authid system, follow the below steps.

1. From the User Account screen,

2. Click Delete Biometric Credentials, and a Delete confirmation message displays as in the below screen.

3. Click OK to continue to delete the created or existing Biometric Credentials.
4. Click Cancel it redirects to the User Account screen.

Delete a Passkeys

To preserve security and compliance, one of the most important jobs in user identity management is the ability to delete a passkey.

1. From the User Account screen,

   

2. Click on the icon to close

   

to delete the passkeys

3. A Delete confirmation message displays id.authid.ai

4. Click OK to continue to delete the created or existing Passkeys.
5. Click Cancel to cancel the User Account screen.
