Events

The Events page can be used for researching or troubleshooting the events of any transaction.

Search Events Log

Find the below procedure for events log Search:

  1. Go to Navigation -> tap Events.

  2. The Events Log details screen displays.

  3. Specify user search criteria to view the appropriate events log,

    1. Start Date: Specify the start date from the date picker for which date the user wants to view the appropriate Events Logs.

    2. End Date: Specify the end date from the date picker for which date the user wants to view the appropriate Events Logs.

    3. Level: Users can filter the search by selecting the following log levels:

      1. All
      2. Fatal
      3. Error
      4. Warning
      5. Info
      6. Debug
    4. Message Type: Users can filter the search by selecting the following message types:

      1. All
      2. CreateCustomer
      3. EnableCustomer
      4. UpdateCustomer
      5. DeleteCustomer
      6. RevokeCustomerRefreshToken
    5. Click Search.

    6. Reset All: It clears all the filled fields.
